I'm cool with everyone reading my writing. How fun is it to type something into a computer, push enter, and share it with the world? Seriously, though...who's looking at this blog besides us :)

I'm goofy enough not to mind have people read my half-baked thoughts. I often find myself embarrassed, however, by my propensity for typos. That make me look sloppy and unprofessional -- hardly the image I want project!

I feel good. I knew that I would.

I will be interested in seeing what everyone else says. I am continually struck with the diversity of opinion on subjects that I think are pretty cut and dry---because I have only one point of view! Knowing that others will read what I write is a little intimidating, but I know all of us are into liking and evaluating and not ranking!

It makes me a little nervous-what if everyone judges me? what if people snicker? What if noone wants to sit next to me during lunch? Maybe though it will be empowering, or maybe it will be the beginning of a blog journey that will make me into a famous blogger-who knows we'll just have to see.

I am definitely more self-conscious about my writing. Perhaps that is why I haven’t looked at my blog in several months. However, the worst thing about it is that you have to be careful about what you post as a title. A google search engine will bring up your blog. Go ahead: search Google for “Founding My Critical Thinking” and you’ll get my blog. I still have to change that.

I feel a little bit of confidence and nervousness. I've always thought about blogs as personal and I usually don't share mine. I think I'll feel selective and a little scrutinized at first, but I'll probably be fine with it with more use. I think I'm more afraid of the people I know reading things I post, than people I do not.

At our first several pre-sessions, sharing our writing with total strangers was more than a bit daunting; however, we all seem to feel pretty safe and comfortable with each other now. At least I do. Some comments are very encouraging and positive, but we have all had to get used to hearing the "tough love" remarks as well. Those are hard for me, because everything hurts my feelings, even when the logical side of me knows that people are just trying to help!
